Thank you for shopping with Archivals by KR. Each piece of artwork is created, prepared and packaged with care, and I want you to feel confident when ordering from me. This policy explains how shipping, returns, damaged items and refunds are handled.

Shipping Information

​

• Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• All paintings are inclusive of postage and packing within the UK ONLY.

• Every artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged to help protect it during transit.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details where available.

• Please contact me for any international posting although any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Returns

• If you would like to return an eligible item, please contact me first.

• Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with the original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Original Artwork and Custom Pieces

​

• All Archivals by KR pieces are original, limited, personalised or made with a specific story and finish in mind. For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made, personalised, limited-edition or one-of-a-kind artwork, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

• Before purchasing, please take a moment to check the artwork description, size, colours, materials and any other details carefully.

• If you would like more information or extra photos before ordering, please contact me and I will be happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

​

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will review it and do my best to put things right quickly.

How to Return an Item

​

• Please include the original packing slip in the parcel. If you no longer have it, include a note with your name and order number so I can process your return more quickly.

Refunds

​

• Once I receive and inspect your return, I will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

• Approved refunds are usually processed within 2–3 working days, although the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Certificate of Authenticity

​

• Every original Archivals by KR artwork is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. This confirms the artwork’s details and should be kept safely with the piece.

• If an eligible artwork is returned, the Certificate of Authenticity must be returned with it in its original condition.
